Shipping Policy

Mail Club Subscription Mail Club subscription envelopes ship once per month. If you subscribe by midnight on the last day of the month, your first envelope will ship by the 10th of the following month. Subsequent envelopes will continue to ship by the 10th of each month thereafter.

All Other Orders All non-subscription orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order — and we typically get them out much sooner! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier and are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
